CNCC Summer Conference Housing

CNCC Department of Campus Life is pleased to offer clean and affordable summer housing options in Rangely and Craig, for visitors to the Northwest Colorado area during the Summer beginning June 1st through July 28th. We take a minimalist approach to offering convenient and flexible lodging options that allow visitors to maximize their budgets and still enjoy all the area has to offer. Whether you are an individual seeking adventure in the beautiful Colorado outdoors or a large group wanting to host a summer camp, CNCC takes pride in providing our guests with a positive experience. On our Rangely campus we are pleased to offer summer guest accommodations in Ross Hall. Ross Hall was built in 1994 and features 80 double rooms that feature large windows and a personal bathroom in each room. Ross also allows for groups to come together in the large common room, grassy areas, and an outdoor volleyball court. Ross Hall features free laundry and free Wi-Fi access to all guests who reside on campus during the summer. In Craig, CNCC operates a traditional apartments which are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and Wi-Fi.

Summer Conference Housing Rates:
Craig Nightly Rate per person - $40 (max 4 people per apartment) 
Rangely Nightly Rate per person - $30 (max 2 people per room)

  • Each room is furnished with two extra-long twin beds, two desks, two chairs, two wardrobes and features a private bathroom.
  • Common area featuring ping pong and foosball tables as well as a lounging area with cable television.

We regret that we are unable to provide linens and toiletries. Guest are encouraged to bring the following or pick them up at one of our local stores.

  • Pillow
  • Sheets & Blanket for Twin XL mattresses (or a sleeping bag)
  • Towels
  • Toiletries (deodorant, soap, toothpaste, etc.)

Acceptable appliances – mini fridge, microwaves, coffee makers.
Unacceptable appliances - cook tops of any kind, toaster ovens, no open flames. 

Summer Conference Reservation Process *Please be advised that this process can take 2-3 business days. Early booking is encouraged.

Within 24-48 hours you will receive a confirmation email detailing your request, approval status, total amount due, and payment options.

  • Pay your balance at the CNCC Cashiers Office.

  • Once your balance is paid in full, you will receive a final confirmation with instructions for check-in and check-out.
