The lost and found is located in Weiss Building, Safe Campus Coordinator's office in Rangely, and Student Services in Craig. Please report all lost or found items immediately. When reporting, please provide your contact information, approximate date, time and location of lost item. Also provide a description of item, any identifying marks or numbers and the approximate value of item. If you find an item on campus please turn the item  as soon as possible, so that timely notification to the proper owner can be established. You may print and fill out this form below:
