Tiffany Douglas
Lead BAS DH Faculty
After graduating high school, I began the CNCC Dental Hygiene Program. I completed the program in 2000 and began my career as a clinical hygienist in Logan, Utah, where I worked for about two years. I then served an 18-month mission for my church before returning to Logan to continue working in dental hygiene. Over the course of 18 years, I built a rewarding career in the field.
In 2017, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University. Seeking a career change, I returned to CNCC as the Dental Hygiene Program Director. Accepting this role also meant pursuing further education, and I earned a Master’s in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix in 2019.
I’ve proudly served as Program Director at CNCC for the past eight years. In 2023, we launched CNCC’s first Bachelor's program in dental hygiene and have successfully guided three cohorts through completion.
I’m excited to continue growing my career at CNCC and look forward to the opportunities ahead. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with my family, especially our annual trip to Lake Powell.
