CNCC Weather Conditions
Weather Conditions
Colorado's weather is naturally variable due to its elevation and geography. However, recent conditions have included more rapid temperature changes, warmer seasonal averages, and reduced snowpack. These patterns are being experienced across many regions and can temporarily impact building conditions and comfort. Our campuses continue to monitor conditions and respond to facility needs as they arise.
Please report any building comfort concerns To Maintenance so we can respond promptly.

thirsty.

weather emergencies.
- Dress for the Weather: Wear appropriate clothing for the climate to stay warm or cool.
- Stay Connected: Communicate with peers and family members during emergencies.
- Create a Communication Plan: Designate meeting points or emergency contacts.
By following these practices, college students can stay safe and informed during extreme weather events.
Wildfire Resources
To support those who are navigating the impacts of the current Colorado wildfires, the Division of Human Resources has developed a toolkit for state employees. This Wildfire Resource Toolkit provides guidance around leave and time-off options, information for CSEAP and behavioral health services, and area-specific information. Please note that this toolkit is a working document and will be updated as more resources become available. We ask you to share these resources with your teams and employees during this challenging time.
