Colorado Northwestern Community College is committed to providing equitable access to our services for all our students, staff and communities. All areas of our college will actively work to ensure that all learning materials, electronic and information technology (EIT), policies and procedures, and public communications meet and/or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA criteria and are compliant with the following: Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (2016 Refresh), Americans with Disability Act (ADA), and ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA). 
 
These guidelines not only help make technology accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability. All campuses, departments, and stakeholders are responsible for ensuring that access to their web content, applications, and software meet the applicable requirements for Accessibility.
